About this event
Join the Lehigh Valley Kayak and Canoe Club for a paddle on the Lehigh River between the Lehigh Gap Nature Center and Walnutport PA. This is a white water trip on a section of the the Lehigh called the "Ledges". You will need a white water kayak or canoe, PFD, whistle, helmet, and spray skirt. The water will be cold. A dry suit or wet suit is recommended.Meet at the Lehigh Gap boat launch at 5PM to set up the shuttle.
The club will serve pizza at 7 PM at the nature center pavilion. Please register so we have some idea of how many people are coming.
The business meeting will start at 7:30 PM.
